Auction Terms

• Payment accepted in the form of cash, check, cashier's check, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa or Discover.

• 3% buyers premium; although we do offer a 3% cash discount for buyers paying with cash, check or cashier's check.

• All items must be removed the day of the sale.  Amherst Auction Services, LLC will work with buyers to arrange alternate pickup times for large items.

• Valid photo ID required for registration.

• The majority of our items will sell with no reserve; however, there are times that a reserve may be necessary.  Amherst Auction Services, LLC will notify bidders before the item is auctioned if a reserve has been placed on the item.

• $50 returned check fee

• All items sold as is - where is...no warranty expressed or implied.

• Any announcement made the day of the sale takes precedence over any previous statements, whether written or verbal.

• Amherst Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to sell at public auction (minus normal sales commission) any property left in storage over 30 days.
